Planning to move back to Central Croydon in Spring 2026. Though I’ve been told I’ve reached retirement age, that’s not going to happen, though I don’t need to work, I wish to keep my body and mind active, Law is addictive and hard to give up.
I don’t care who I would share with but would prefer other professionals or mature students.
En Suite is a must and, as I value my privacy, some form of studio kitchen in the room would be preferred as would direct access to the room from the outside. A terrace or balcony would also be a bonus.
In case your wondering why I would chose a HMO, well I’m a bit of a recluse and this style of living stops me locking myself away. I like HMO living and I’m staying in one at the moment. I’ve also owned HMOs, in fact in the process of selling my last one now, that’s one of the reasons I can’t move just yet, that, and the fact that I have a legal consultancy in the Midlands which needs to be wound down.
