23yr old from Belfast

To whom it may concern,

I am moving over to Edinburgh from Belfast with some musician friends from my time in University in Liverpool but they won't be moving up for a few months and I want to get started over there (I have a shared practice space organised in Niddrie so I will NOT be making any silly noise).

Socially I like going out to bars and having people over for dinner and things but am definitely a fan of my home being relaxed and being able to have time to myself. I also have spent a good amount of time up in the lovely city over the last year or 2 and have made some lovely friends already!

Without being to up myself I am good at cooking too and will cook you tasty tasty stuff (not so great on vegetarian/vegan things but I am trying, it will happen)

I have savings to pay rent for next 6 months or so including deposit and have a few leads on jobs already, tricky without actually being in the city of course.

I will be in Edinburgh from the 25th to the 29th of September for a wee weekend and to move a few things over so that would be a great time for me to meet you and see how we get on and everything.

Official date I am available to move in is from the 9th October, I've to see a man about a dog the day before but would happily pay rent from October of course.
