Looking for a clean,friendly flat share

Hi! I’m Venkatesh and I’m currently based in Bath, but I’m planning to move to Manchester around the end of October / beginning of November.
I’m looking for someone to buddy up with and find a nice flat together, ideally around Deansgate, Manchester city centre, Salford Quays, MediaCity, Ordsall or somewhere with good tram links.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful and like having a home that feels comfortable and well looked after. I’m quite sociable and would enjoy living with someone I can genuinely get along with , whether that’s grabbing a coffee, exploring Manchester or just having a relaxed evening at home.
At the same time, I value having time to myself and my own space, and I’d respect yours too. Ideally I’d like a flatshare where we can be friendly & actually know each other, while still having our own lives and independence.
I’m pretty easy-going and would ideally like to live with someone who is also clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I’m not looking for a full-on party flat, but I’m definitely happy with occasionally going out, having friends over or doing things together.
My budget is around £650 per month, preferably including bills, and I’m looking to move around 31 October / 1 November.
I’m happy to look for places together, or if you’ve already found somewhere that you think could work, I’d be more than happy to have a look at that too.
