Friendly Music Educator Seeks Double Room

Hi, I'm Richie, 53, a self-employed music educator, DJ and music producer working mainly with young people and community projects around Brixton and Loughborough Junction.

I've lived in South London for a number of years and am looking for a new home as my current landlady is planning to sell the property.

I'm friendly, easygoing, tidy and considerate. I enjoy good conversation, music, films and socialising, but equally appreciate my own space and a peaceful home. I'm looking for somewhere relaxed and welcoming, where people get along and respect each other's privacy.

Most of my music and teaching work takes place in studios away from home, so I'm not looking to turn the living room into a recording studio!

Ideally, I'd like a reasonably spacious double room, a decent kitchen, a proper shared living room and, if possible, a garden or outdoor space. A quiet bedroom is particularly important to me.

I'd prefer to stay within easy reach of Brixton and Loughborough Junction, including Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, West Norwood and surrounding areas.

I'm open to sharing with people of different ages and backgrounds, whether that's a smaller household or a larger, friendly flatshare. I'm also very happy living with pets.

I'm looking for somewhere long-term, ideally from November or December, although I can be flexible for the right place.
