Looking for en-suite room to rent, can you help?!

I am looking for an en-suite double room, or self contained studio apartment, or even a 1 bed flat! (Wishful thinking!)
I would preferably need a ground floor room due to mobility issues, however I can manage a couple of steps! I have a car, so very close parking would also be needed if possible.

Please don’t be put off by my needs, I’m not a demanding person, honest!

I currently work from home as I have just set up my own bookkeeping business, and as I’m finding my feet I do claim some housing benefit to top up my income and help cover the rent, and ensure I can always afford it and never skip it or be late. Please don’t let this put you off, I’m hoping it’s only very temporary, and on the bright side at least it is guaranteed income so I will never miss a payment!

I have lived in my current location for the last 21 years (since I left home) and have never missed a payment or asked to pay late or skip any payments.
