Looking for More Than Just a Room

I work from home three days a week, so I'm looking for a place that's generally quiet during the day. At the moment I'm into fitness, healthy eating, and playing online poker. I also need a peaceful space for studying. Ideally, I'd love to live with friendly, sociable flatmates (male or female) who I could get along with and hopefully become friends with. I'm always open to trying new activities or hanging out, whether that's a night in, exploring somewhere new, or whatever comes up. Speak both English and Cantonese.
