Studio or double room wanted

Friendly professional looking for a long-term home with all bills included.

Ideally I’m looking for a furnished self-contained studio, bedsit or annexe, but I’d also consider a double room sharing with just one other person if it’s a good fit.

I’m looking for a relaxed home where we can both have our own space while still being friendly. I’d also like somewhere where having a partner stay over occasionally is fine.

I’m flexible on location (in or around London) and I drive, so parking would be a bonus, although good train/Tube/Overground links are important too as I have to commute into the city twice a week - WFH other 3 days. I’m studying at the moment too and spend other time gaming. I’m a relaxed person, open to hanging out and going out and trying new things too.

I’m looking to settle somewhere long-term if it’s a good fit. I’m in stable employment and can provide proof of income and affordability.

If we do become flatmates, I’m happy to get the pizzas in once a month 👍
