Professional person to rent a room

Professional person (male)seeking to rent a studio self contained for own purposes very clean and discrete I currently rent a small room not suitable as my friend is pregnant and a requirement for a self contained studio flat as soon as can be let would help greatly.
Cleaning and keeping the accommodation in order is important and would not be second in thought, as the new accommodation that I require to rent has a high impotance to prepare for the arrival my friend is expecting this year. ideally I require to be accepted to rent the property and then secure all payments ongoing ,there is no problem with payments the urgency of my family dictates this arrangement as I need to rehouse as quick as possible ,please realise my situation
