Recent Grad/Young Professional Seeking Flatshare

Hey Peeps!

I've recently graduated from uni and I'm moving back to London as I will be starting work within the Civil Service late November. I am looking for a decently sized double room in a friendly flat share with other young professionals or more ideally buddy ups to start a flat share with! My Job is permanent and fulltime but currently not hybrid, so tube links into Central/Westminster are pretty important for me; ideally no more than 1 hour commute. Max budget is £1,100 (Bills incl.) but can do £1,200 if needed.

I am very easy going and enjoy both nights out and nights in chilling. I have spent the last 4yrs in flat shares so I'm fully accustomed with flatmate etiquette and the need for both personal spaces and sociable spaces. I'm incredibly clean and tidy and take pride in wherever I'm living making it feel homely and comfortable for everyone.

I'm originally from West London so know my way around London a little bit (don't quote me on that... its a big city ok!) but still enjoy exploring the city for good food/drinks/nights out/walks & parks/shopping. I enjoy music/collecting vinyl & cd's, film photography, cooking, staying healthy & active, and a good drink and chat after work.
