Looking for room/buddy up

I am looking for a single or double room.
I am looking for a room-

- All bills included
- Communal areas are cleaned
- Garden is maintained
- Preferably ensuite but if maintained properly communal would be okay
- Prefer to have one bathtub in the house
- Furnished
- Washing maching with dryer
- White goods in kitchen
It would be great to have to have housemates with whom there can outing or social gathering but that's not a must.

I am friendly, helpful and kind. I like to mind my own business as much as possible. I am looking to share a flat/house with like minded people.
