Seeking double room or self-contained apartment

I am a book illustrator/editor seeking either a fully self-contained studio/apartment or a double room in a friendly, quiet household (ideally just a landlord and myself).

I am not looking for a multi-room house share.

I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others' property.

I will pay up to:
- £1,200 (including all bills) for a self-contained studio/apartment with its own entrance and washing machine
or
-£800 (including all bills) for a great double room

I would need reliable broadband, use of a washing machine and parking space for my car within reasonable distance.
