Professional Male Seeking Ensuite Room

Professional male working in Leeds on a project from early March until the end of May, with the possibility of staying longer.
I’m looking for a furnished double room with an ensuite in Between Rothwell / Castleford

I work long 12‑hour shifts, including nights, so I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful during the week. I keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I’m not a party person and I value a calm, considerate household.

Ideally looking for a clean, well‑kept home with good parking, as I sometimes leave my car while travelling home between shift blocks.
Easy access to the M1 or a short commute to LS10 (Skelton Grange) would be perfect.

Ready to move in from early March.
