Professional Male Seeking Ensuite Room in LS10

Professional male working in Leeds on a project from early March until the end of May, with the possibility of staying longer.
I’m looking for a furnished double room with an ensuite in — or very close to — LS10 (Hunslet, Belle Isle, Middleton, Stourton, Rothwell).

I work long shifts, so during the week I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I tend to keep to myself. I’m always friendly and up for a chat, but I’m not a party person and I value a calm, considerate household.

Ideally looking for a clean, respectful home, with good parking and an easy commute to LS10.
Happy to provide references and ID.
Ready to move in from early March.
