I am very interested in viewing the room/property you have advertised on SpareRoom. I am in my 50s (semi-retired), and although I enjoy a quiet life, I've slowed down somewhat (no late nights clubbing it!), am clean and tidy and respectful of other people's property, space and time. I like to keep myself to myself, but I enjoy meeting new people. My main interests and hobbies include gaming (Xbox, PS5), TV, films, music events and real ale. Looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a shared property to stay long-term.
