34yo Male | Works in Central

Hi! I'm Tony, a 34-year-old professional looking to move into a less crowded house or flat. I work in admin for a national consumer association (a stable full-time role).

I'm a naturally quiet and respectful person—definitely not a party animal! I value a peaceful, tidy home. While I enjoy my own space, I'm friendly and would love a household where we can have the occasional chat or coffee. I am looking for a comfortable, safe space.

My office is near Warren Street, so I'm looking for somewhere with good transport links to Central.

I have my deposit and references ready, I'm flexible on my move date. I'm happy to move quickly for the right place, but willing to wait for the perfect fit

If you think I'd be a good fit for your spare room, please drop me a message!
