I’m looking for a room in a shared house/flat or a small studio in Portsmouth for around 9 months.

A bit about me:

* I’ll be working at the Naval Base
* Clean, respectful, and easy to live with
* Quiet during the week, sociable but very laid-back
* I’ll likely be back home most weekends* so the place will be fairly quiet
* Reliable with rent and bills

What I’m looking for:

* Furnished room or studio
* **Parking is essential** 🚗
* Good access to the **Naval Base / transport links**
* Friendly, relaxed household
