Professional woman looking for 1 bed self containe

**I kindly request you read my ad in full and only message me if your property meets my needs as I receive a high volume of messages.**

I'm a middle aged, professional, nature loving woman, no kids no pets, non smoking, focused on a very healthy and simple lifestyle. I'm a mobile massage therapist, got an online sales business and also starting to trade and run market stalls selling jewellery and eco items this year, often working 7 days a week so I will NOT consider sharing, sorry. In my spare time I enjoy going camping with friends or working on my research projects that also requires no distractions.

Fully self sustaining, responsible and reliable. I am quiet, organised and clean and strictly in need of a very quiet self contained 1 bed place with parking near the entrance for a small campervan. Only detached annex if the main house is busy or noisy.
For these reason, a rural set up would be the most ideal however particularly quiet urban areas would also be considered.🌳🌲🐦

I can consider short let (2-4 months) or a rolling contract.
I prefer to fit a brand new clean washing machine which I can cover the cost of if needed.

Please note: I strictly do not use air fresheners, synthetic diffuser oils, perfumed and harsh cleaning chemicals, etc due to allergy. The property for rent must be free from these hazards. I have to stress this as unfortunately this has been a problem in the past despite of prior discussion and it will result in not being able to take your place if this is something you cannot accommodate.
