Room needed in early Jan for young professional

Hi,
My name is Patrick Guest, I am a 27 year old man from canada who is moving back to the UK for work. I will be in Belfast working for at least 6 months before moving to London. I arrive in Belfast the 10th of January. I am very interested in the room. A bit about me: I recently finished grad school in Durham where I studied theoretical physics. My hobbies include: rock climbing, guitar, woodworking (not in the apartment), reading, cooking, hiking and just about any other outdoor activity. I also enjoy hanging out with friends whether it be a night out or something lowkey. I make it a point to be mindful of flatmates so I wont be leaving messes, especially not in shared spaces. I will be making income, however given it will only start once I arrive, I can provide a UK based guarantor and of course I will have enough for first month+deposit.
