Looking for a Double Room

I’m a clean, respectful and reliable working professional currently based in London, looking for a double room or a flatmate to rent a 2-bedroom flat or house together.

I work full-time and have a stable routine. I’m quiet, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. I don’t drink or smoke, and I value a peaceful, clean and friendly home environment.

🏡 What I’m looking for

* Double room: Budget of up to £850 per month, ideally including all bills.
* Sharing a property: Open to finding someone to rent a 2-bedroom flat or house together, with a more flexible budget depending on the property and location.
* Small household: Ideally, a property shared by no more than 3 people in total.
* Good transport links: Easy access to Central London and convenient connections to central London for work.

I need to move out of my current room by 9 December at the latest, so I’m looking for a place available before or on that date.

I’m considerate of others and value cleanliness, privacy and open communication. I always do my part to keep shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone. An LGBT-friendly household would be a plus. 🌈

I’d also love to connect with someone in a similar situation who is interested in finding a 2-bedroom property together and sharing the costs.
