Clean & Quiet Korean Student / Non-smoker

Hi, I'm Hajin Kim, a 25 years old student from South Korea.

I've just moved to the UK to study at the British School of Watchmaking(BSoW) in Stockport. I have a valid visa (YMS) and can provide a share code for the Right to Rent check immediately.

I am:
1) Experienced: I am used to shared living, having lived in university dorms and completed military service in Korea. I always value cleanliness, consideration, and good manners.

2) Social but quiet: I'm friendly and always up for a chat, but not a party person. I view home as a place to rest and recharge.

3) Financially Stable: My tuition is already secured, and I have a remote job. You can count on me to pay rent and bills on time.

On weekdays, I'll mostly be at school (8-5). On weekends, I'll usually be at home resting or working quietly.

I'm looking for a clean place with friendly flatmates. Ready to move in late January.
