Looking for a private out the way room:)

I'm 25 years old, and am a research assistant at Oxford University. I am planning on staying in oxford for a while, as I am going to do a phd after this role finishes next year. My current landlord has sold the house so I am looking for a new place to live. My priority is to find a clean and peaceful house, and within/near to nature would be lovely not on a noisy road. I have a car, so a commute is not a problem. I value a space where I can do focused work on my remote days I typically go in once or twice a week. I enjoy yoga/meditation, music, good food and travelling. My preference is a loft conversion/separate standalone granny annexe/attic/ensuite/garden annexe as I I'm looking for a place I can feel like is my retreat. I am friendly, kind, quiet and respectful person. I really enjoy cooking nice food, and being in nature. Open to 5 days a week too.

I also am able to offer pet-sitting services in exchange for rent as this is something I've been doing for a few months. I have experience with large and small dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, and horses.
