Reliable Psychologist seeking flat/home to rent

Hello!

I'm Michelle, a Counselling Psychologist currently living in South-East London (Honor Oak Park). I am a long-term and reliable tenant who has privately rented a flat independently (3+ years), however unfortunately, my Landlord is now looking to sell the property and so I'm searching for a safe, quiet and calm next rental home.

I am clean, organised and a reliable tenant, look after rentals as if it were my own, maintain homes well. My landlord can previde an excellent reference.

Ideally, I’m looking for a 1 bedroom flat/double room, WFH okay and advertised by current tenants or private landlord where I can stay long-term, due to the process of moving, however for 9 months - 1 year is also acceptable.

I enjoy a quiet lifestyle — evenings reading, yoga, and I respect others’ space and routines. I’m easy-going, drama-free, and looking for a long-term let (9–12+ months preferred) with current flatmates or a private landlord.

I work from home at the moment, have a car (parking needed) and due to the nature of my work, enjoy having a separate space to work/sleep, however understand this is not always possible.

Preferred areas
SE/Honor Oak/Dulwich/ if possible, however open to South-West (I have lived in Wimbledon for 3 years prior) and most Zones 1-4 areas. If you are a private landlord, please do get in touch. If you have a suitable, calm space and think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
