Hello, I’m a woman and artist looking for a long‑term, peaceful loft room or quiet back room in Guildford, though I’m also open to nearby areas with a live‑in landlord. I’m looking for accommodation that’s all inclusive of bills, available seven days a week, and I’m flexible on rent for the right fit. I’ve lived happily with my current landlord in Guildford for the past four years, and I’m only moving due to my landlord selling his property.
My routine is very steady. I do part‑time caring work from midday onwards, and from around six in the evening I’m usually online doing art classes at home, so nights tend to be quiet, I will also be studying part‑time with a university in London. Alongside this, I have regular gym sessions and I batch‑cook now and then, so I only need a little freezer space. Because of my studies and my lifestyle. I’m looking for a home that stays calm in the evenings and isn’t centred around drinking or parties, a peaceful, environment.
I keep my belongings neatly organised in vertical plastic storage containers with art materials, books, and clothes stacked against a wall, so a landlord who is comfortable with this would be appreciated.
