Looking for room or house mate

I am a relatively quiet person, friendly and I value cleanliness and tidyness above anything else and looking for someone with similar values.
I am open to pets as well.
Looking for a room ideally with 1 up to 2 other housemates.
I am interested in a place as central as possible up to maybe TFL Zone 5-6 depends.
I am also open to "buddying up" with one person only for finding a flat/house.
A must have is good wifi as I work 100% from home (IT-Programming), a decent kitchen with enough storage space and basic appliances, washing machine and a decent sizes bathroom with basic storage.
Ideally the room should have enough space for my desk and chair (which are rather large) and be furnished with a double bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 set of drawers at a minimum.
Also, there should be enough space for drying laundry either in my room or in the shared living room (or have a dryer instead)
Ideally there would also be a garden and parking space (planning to get a motorbike) but they are noy a must.

The above are kind of what I am looking for but they are not hard stops, I am willing to discuss things and compromise.
