Room required part-time on ongoing basis

I'm looking for a room to rent for 4-5 nights a week, perhaps as a lodger, when I come down to visit my mother. Flexibility is important. I have a quiet life and am vegetarian. I'm not an especially early riser. I prefer things to be clean and don't like parties or large gatherings.
