ML1 Room Wanted!

Newcastle based but re-locating to Motherwell for work, starting at Co-Op depot on 6th April.
I will be working 5 days a week from 2pm till 10pm, so will be out most evenings. Quiet and respectful person. Non smoker and never drink at home.
Looking for somewhere as close as possible, preferably within 2.5 miles. Holytown or Chapelhall would be ideal.
Initial 3 month while complete probation period would be suited with potential of extending, however, ideally thinking longer term for a suitable place.
Found previous house share through this site which was a big success, hoping for the same. He's happy to provide a reference.
