Looking for a private room

Hey! I would be so happy to find a little studio with bills included! With private access and as much privacy as possible. work from home so do require space for a desk and privacy as I like to keep myself to myself. I suffer with agoraphobia and anxiety so although I do go out sometimes, I’m mainly indoors so need somewhere comfortable and where I can be majority of my time without bothering anyone else. I am a bubbly person albeit the anxiety .. and love food, animals and cosy evenings with a good series. I do have a Yorkie but he is mostly with his dad but I would love to still have him one or two nights a week if this is possible which is why I’m more interested in studios. He can bark at noises but calms down when he gets used to his surroundings. Thanks!
