"Hi there! My partner Chris and I are looking for a new place to call home. We are quiet, respectful, and tidy tenants who value a peaceful living environment. We are looking for either a large double room (if sharing) or a 1-bedroom flat.
We are supported by Housing Benefit/UC in london & We understand that setting this up in Northern Ireland can take a few weeks, so to ensure there is no delay for the landlord, Chris’s parents are paying our full security deposit and the first month’s rent in advance. This will cover the start of the tenancy while the benefit is being processed. We are looking to pre-book viewings now before I head to Ireland for a week on May 7th.
