Looking for a houseshare in Royston

Would prefer a double room in a house with at least a back garden/yard. Parking space essential. I work part time hours, as I have a medical condition ( not contageous). I am not too fussy about housemates, so long as they are reasonably clean, calm & speak English. If you respect my space, I will respect yours too.
I am divorced & like to chill quite a lot, reading, TV & occasional nights out. I would be prepared to buddy up with the right people.
