November 2026 Long term lease

**Hi everyone! **

My younger brother and I are looking for a **2-bedroom apartment to rent as a whole property** in London.

I’m currently based in Paris and **relocating to London with my company**, where I’ll be working from our headquarters near **St Paul’s / Blackfriars**. My brother has recently graduated from university and will be starting his internship in London in November.

**A little about us:**

* 👩 **29, working in finance**, relocating from Paris to London
* 👨 **22, recent university graduate**, starting an internship in November
* Non-smokers
* Clean, respectful and responsible
* Looking for a comfortable home that we can settle into for the longer term

📍 **Location:** Ideally within **25–35 minutes by public transport** of St Paul’s / Blackfriars. We’re open to different areas as long as the commute is convenient.

📅 **Move-in:** Ideally the **first week of November**, but we can be flexible for the right place.

We’re looking for a **2-bedroom flat for the two of us**, and we’re ready to move forward quickly if we find the right property.
