Professional male looking for house share/ studio

Hi, I’m Matthew. I’m currently looking for a house share in a clean and friendly home, or a private studio. Ideally something short term to start with, but I’m open to staying long term if it’s the right place.

I work full-time in the construction industry, so I’m looking for somewhere with a good commute into the city. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
