Flat with likeminded person near quays.

Hi so I currently work in customer support in the quays and live with my (now) ex boyfriend above exchange quay (across from east west express). I love the area, the water and access to town is perfect for me without feeling too claustrophobic. Come September I will be moving into a property graduate scheme based near St Peter’s square so distance to a tram stop is essential for me. Also essential is a balcony, washing machine and a flatmate (or flatmates) I enjoy being around and living with. Before anything I’d love to meet up and have a coffee or a walk to see if we’re on the same wavelength and then have a mooch around the living space. Number one priority is being LGBT+ friendly, I don’t fancy being hate crimed in my own home.

In terms of living with I LOVE having a cute home environment. My mental state is heavily influenced by my surroundings so I like to keep a neat tidy personal space (I can stand a mess but I find it easier to relax in an organised clean-ish room). I also LOVE a cosy scented candle vibe and HATE big lights. Soft warm lighting and lava lamps are my interior design turn ons (I can provide both). I am rather active and enjoy a run around the quays. My ex has also gotten me into the gym but I only ever went with him and honestly have no clue what to do in there on my own. So a bonus if you can tell me about the different muscle groups and comment on my form bur definitely not essential. In terms of interests I’m a bit of a gamer (can bring Xboxes and multiple remotes), love a good (or bad) book, have a special interest in planes, love films and tv (fave being comedies/romcoms but I do dabble in horror if I have someone with me) and enjoy both nights in and nights out. I would like someone (or some people who are) fairly social, if you just come home from work and hide in your room all night it would honestly bum me out. I feel as though I’m easy to get on with relatively interesting and I find myself funny. Promise I’m not this cringe in real life, I’ve just never had to look online for a flatmate so had no clue where to start. So yeah hit me up if you think we’ll get along ☺️.
