2 quiet tenants seeking studio / 1-bed (Sep–Jan)

Hi there,

We are two people coming to Edinburgh for academic purposes — one is an exchange student from KU Leuven (Belgium), and the other will be a visiting researcher at the University of Edinburgh for Semester 1 of the 2026/27 academic year. We are currently looking for a suitable place to stay during this period.

What we are looking for:
• Property type: Studio or 1-bedroom/2-bedroom flat (preferably with private bathroom and kitchen)
• Move-in: August or September 2026 (flexible)
• Duration: Until around January 2027 (flexible)
• Location: Ideally close to the University of Edinburgh or with convenient transport links
• Budget: Flexible depending on the property

About us:
• Quiet, tidy and responsible
• We both have very good hygiene and stable living habits
• Non-smokers, no parties
• We mainly spend our time studying and working on campus or in libraries

We are looking for a calm, clean and independent living space, ideally a whole property for the two of us.
