• Property type: Studio or 1-bedroom flat (preferably with a private bathroom and kitchen)
• Move-in: September 2026 (flexible)
• Duration: Until around January 2027 (flexible)
• Location: Ideally close to the University of Edinburgh or with convenient transport links
• Budget: Flexible depending on the property
About me:
• Quiet, tidy, and responsible
• Very clean with stable living habits
• Non-smoker, no parties
• I mainly spend my time studying and working on campus or in libraries
I am looking for a calm, clean, and independent living space, ideally a whole property.
