Peaceful and creative share

I am 39 and currently based in Brixton. The house I live in was sold and I am looking for a short or long term share starting no later than October 1st. I work remotely for a university and my ideal home will have a separate office space or work space that isn't right next to my bed!

I value natural light, outdoor access, cleanliness, and diversity. I was raised internationally and have lived in three continents. I enjoy being around open-minded, curious, spiritual people. I practice and teach yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish astrology and I do some creative work with music when I have time.

I am great with plants, pets, and children and currently live with a mum and her a 12 year old. I am happy to trade (or partially trade) rent for pet or childcare. I have extensive experience as a petsitter and can share my reviews if desired.

I would really like to live somewhere with a full kitchen (gas range), bathtub, and garden access.

Open to creative situations, buddy-ups, trades, etc. I have lived in many kinds of communities and with lots of different people. I am independent but also happy to share company and skills including cooking, growing food, caring for kids/animals, etc.
