29F looking for a flat/flatmate(s)!

Hey! I’m Izzy, 29, and looking for either a flat share or someone to buddy up with and find a place together.

I’m easy-going, social, and looking for a relaxed, friendly flat vibe. I’m respectful of people’s space and enjoy my own downtime too, but always up for a chilled evening or a pub pint. Would be nice to live with someone who could become a mate as well as a flatmate!

I’m in the office Mon-Fri, and in my spare time I enjoy socialising, going out for meals, exercising, pub trips etc -the usual stuff lol.

I currently live in Didsbury and would ideally like to stay around the area, but I’d be open to other spots if they’re near a tram stop. I’ve got a car, so would ideally need parking too. Looking to move around July/August.
