Partner searching for somewhere close by

I am helping my partner secure a stable place to live. He is ready to move in early June, has the deposit and rent upfront available, and is looking for something long-term and settled. He is 35, good with diy, experienced labourer and is a qualified tree surgeon. He is quiet, respectful, and used to shared living.
