Looking for a room or flat to rent

Hi all,
We are a friendly tidy young couple looking for our first property along with our small dog. We are looking for our own flat one bed or a room to rent . With a budget of around £900. And a room preferably with bills included. We are both working , tidy, respectful and reliable tenants just trying to navigate ourselves in this crazy world lol and have a place to call home wether that be a room or a flat. A deal breaker for me is we must be accepted as a couple and allow our small dog called Bodie who can live alongside any other animal including cats , funnily enough he loves cats🤣. And if a room to rent comes up they must love dogs as much as we do. Thank you and please get in touch if you have anything suitable
