Looking for a spare room

Hi I'm 38 I have 3 children my oldest live with my mam and my youngest lives with his dad which is an agreement we made as my mental health took a turn for the worst in 2024 after giving birth to my son and I ended up having a mental breakdown during that time my landlord decided to up my rent by an extra £200 so I couldn't afford to stay there and then things just went from bad to worse I'm on the up and up now though and I'm looking for people who are generally relaxed I'm currently in a HMO but the landlord has decided to sell so I need to be out by then 1st of November. I'm easy going I don't really drink I like to socialise but I'm quite happy relaxing with a book or watching TV what you see is what you get from me i was made homeless by family so looking to have a fresh start. Anything you need to know just ask I'm an open book
