Hiya, 48 yr old male, seeking room, studio or flat to call home, v. friendly, relaxed n polite, always happy to help others, v. good at allsorts of building work, flooring, tiling, painting and decorating, industrial cleaning qualified n willing to put any skills into any property I am lucky enough to call home, have rent deposit, rent in advance n also a £900 assurities due to my housing history being minimal. Am starting a new chapter in my life after losing all my family in tragic circumstances n need a safe place to try deal with the bereavement side of things.
