Short term rental near UoB for final year PhD

Hi, I'm looking for a flatshare or 1 bed flat near UoB (ideally Moseley, Kings Heath, Stirchley, or Harborne, not Selly). I'm finishing my PhD and will be moving to Munich in October, so just need a 1-2 month let to finish writing up, starting July 27th. I'm flexible on end date as I can move to Munich a bit early, but max end date would be Oct. 1st.

I'm open to living with anyone really, as long as the house is reasonably tidy and fairly quiet on the weekdays, as I'll be writing from home mostly. I'm originally from the US but have been in Birmingham almost 4 year now. I love getting outside on the weekends, whether it's a run, hike, kayak, or just sitting in the park with a book. But realistically for these two months most of my free time will be spent writing :(. I also love to cook and bake and appreciate a clean kitchen and shared spaces.

Let me know if you have anything available for short term in these areas!! (Also if anyone wants to teach me German, I can pay you in baked goods)
