Young professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Sam, a 24-year-old Aussie who has recently moved to London and am now working full-time in construction.

I’m looking for a place to call home long-term, I’m a sociable easy-going person who enjoys getting along with the people I live with, whether that’s having a chat after work, watching sport together, or occasionally grabbing a drink. I also appreciate my own space and quiet time, especially during the working week.

I’m not particularly fussed about room size and I’m very adaptable when it comes to house rules and shared living. I’m tidy, respectful, and happy to fit into an existing household dynamic.

I’m a huge sports fan and will happily watch just about any game that’s on. I also love travelling and will occasionally head away for a trip, but I’ll still be keeping the room as my permanent base
