Engineer relocating to Glasgow

Hi,

I'm a 31-year old engineer relocating to Glasgow for a new full-time office based role and am looking for a furnished room from mid to late June.
I'm looking for somewhere in the West End, ideally around the Byres Road/Botanic Gardens area, with a budget of £600-£900 per month including bills. I'd like an initial stay of at least two months, but I'm open to staying longer if it's a good fit.

About me: non-smoker, have no pets, and am clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work I enjoy music, keeping fit, Formula 1, and travelling. Since I'll be new to Glasgow, I expect to spend a lot of my free time exploring the city and surrounding areas.

I'm employed full-time with regular working hours and can provide proof of employment and references if required. I'm also a homeowner and landlord myself, so I understand the importance of looking after a property and being considerate of the people I live with.
