Clean & Tidy Professional Seeking Comfy Home =)

Hello!

I'm moving to Belfast and have been looking for a comfortable, clean, welcoming place I can call home. I work from home fairly frequently, so I'm only interested in rooms and homes which have a cozy living room, desk space, and a good amount of natural light.

I want a double bed, ideally an ensuite bathroom, fast WiFi (for working from home), access to a shared lounge and kitchen, and ideally a balcony/patio/garden to sit outdoors once in a while. It'd be great to have a washing machine available.

I'm 37, a working professional, and am very particular about cleanliness--which means I'll happily pull my weight in cleaning and tidying up. On the weekends I'll probably go exploring Belfast or try to find some accessible hikes. We're friendly and happy to engage when in shared spaces but also enjoy our own quiet time.
