Hi, I’m urgently looking for a room in Leeds and ideally need to move by around 13–14 September.

Due to a temporary mobility issue with my ankle, travelling to multiple viewings is very difficult. I’m looking for somewhere where I can ideally have a video or virtual viewing and complete the application, referencing and tenancy paperwork online.

My budget is £500 per month however I’m currently receiving support through Universal Credit and also have council support available towards my first month’s rent in advance and possibly my bond in advance However, I currently have very limited funds available for a deposit, so I would ideally need a no-deposit or very low-deposit option or see if council can further
