Hi, I'm Maria. I'm finding somewhere convenient to commute to Bristol Campus (less than 30 minutes by public transport). My move-in date will be around 15 Sep, and can do online viewing. My budget is 600-650 pm, including all bills.
I'm a 28-year-old Chinese PhD student at UoB. I'm a non-smoker, non-alcoholic, and with no pets. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful. I'm always happy to help keep shared areas clean and well-maintained. I have great rental experiences and can also provide references from previous landlords.
I’m ideally looking for a rental for at least 3 months while I get to know Bristol better, but I’m also open to longer-term options if it’s the right place.
