Fashion student looking for a room

Hello Cambridge people, I‘m Alessandra, a 26 year old international student from Germany. I‘m moving to Cambridge in September for my Masters in Fashion at CSVPA. I‘d love to find a room in a shared flat/house with other students or professionals, from September 2026 to September 2027. I have a partner who will come and visit from time to time, so it‘s important he is welcome, too.

I‘m also very open to arrangements of lower rent for household help: I have experience in caring for elderly people and would be happy to clean, cook, do laundry, buy groceries, and keep someone company in exchange for a low rent price.

A bit about me: I‘ve studied linguistics but moved into the creative field after my bachelor‘s, working in costume and interior design. In my free time I like to bake, write, and do crafts. I speak German, English, and French fluently, and a bit of Italian and Hebrew.

I will mainly be studying and working a part-time job, and hopefully have some time to explore and socialise!

I might be able to come and meet between August 5th and 10th, and if that‘s not possible, we can do a video call.
