Mum of 3 seeks buddy to share home

I am a professional working mum with three children aged 6, 8 and 10, looking to buddy up with another Black single mum to find and share a family home together in West London. I work in W6. Looking for a short commute.
I work full time during the day. Ideally I am looking for someone who works nights or shifts so we can support each other with childcare naturally, without the cost of a nanny. You cover afternoons when I am at work. I cover your children when you are on nights. We both win.
I am warm, clean, organised, and serious about making this work. My faith is important to me and I keep a calm, respectful home. Children are very welcome.
I am open to equal rent split or lead tenant arrangement depending on circumstances.
