Seeking cat-friendly room near Exeter !!

Hi! I’m Emma, a student mental health nurse currently finishing my final placement year. I work long 12.5-hour shifts, so I’m often out during the day and generally quite busy. I’ll be qualifying as a registered nurse once I complete my remaining placement hours, likely around Easter, and have a guaranteed job lined up afterwards.

I’m looking for a home with friendly, respectful, and ideally neurodivergent-friendly housemates. I enjoy socialising both indoors and outdoors, but I also value having my own space to recharge. A bright room with good natural light and a nice view would be a huge bonus.
I’m tidy, considerate, and good at following house rules. I like to help out where I can, although during busy work periods I can occasionally leave things out before getting round to putting them away.
I come with my kitten, litter trained, very clean, and has a lovely temperament. She mostly enjoys napping somewhere warm and keeping to herself, although she does have occasional bursts of energy and enjoys zooming around the house.
I can provide guarantors on request and my parents are very helpful, however I live far from home
