Looking for a room in Edinburgh !

Hi! I’m a 23-year-old Graphic Design student at Edinburgh College, Granton Campus, currently looking for a room in Edinburgh with a budget of around £750/month (ideally including bills, but I’m open to options).

I’m friendly, tidy, clean and respectful, and I’m very easy to live with. I’ve lived in shared accommodation before, so I understand the importance of keeping communal spaces clean and respecting everyone’s space and routines.

I’m quite independent and usually spend a lot of my free time in my room working on my graphic design projects, drawing or just relaxing. I also really enjoy cooking, so I’m definitely not someone who will survive exclusively on takeaway!

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, cook together or hang out, but I also really value having my own space and giving other people theirs.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful household and ideally somewhere I can feel settled for a while. I’m currently based in Edinburgh and can arrange a viewing fairly easily.
