Looking for short term accommodation from 9th Sep

Hii I’m looking for short term place to stay in London from 9th September for about about 1month(last day haven’t been confirmed yet, but I’ll know very soon) (The dates and term are flexible.) I work remotely and come to london every 2months for about 1month so currently I’m in london til 9th of July so I’d like to see the room during that if possible.(or video tour) I set my budget £1000 but it's depending on condition.

<<Condition I’m looking for>>

* You accept cashless payments like PayPal, Wise, or third-party sites like Airbnb

* A room or an entire place

* Non-smoking property

* Furnished with bedding

* Preferably, a room is on a middle floor

* Ideally, a maximum 2–3 flatmates

* A quiet property and neighborhood

* If there are flatmates, they don’t work night shifts

* Within 30〜40min to the city by public transport and walking

* If there are 2–3 flatmates, a property with 2 toilets

*A room with a table and chair

* I'd like to borrow towels🙏

About me: I’m a 35yo Japanese woman who have lived in 6countries and have been to 24countries.🙂 I go london every 2month for about a month usually. I work remotely in real estate management, and I’d like settle to settle down in London but I don’t have a visa so I keep visiting every 2months.
