Looking for 1.5〜2months accommodation

Hi! I’m looking for a short-term place to stay in London from 9th September for around 1.5–2 months. My exact move-out date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but I should know very soon, and the dates and length of stay are flexible. 🙂
I usually come to London every 2months and stay for around 1–2 months, so if everything works well, I’d also be interested in staying regularly in the future.

I’m Japanese and have lived in 6 countries and travelled to 24 countries since I was young. 🙂
I work remotely in real estate management, and I’d eventually like to settle in London.

As a side job, I’m also an astrologist, so I’d be happy to read your horoscope if you’re interested!

* Ideally max 3 flatmates including me( non smoking indoor)
* A quiet property and neighborhood
* preferable flatmates do not work night
* Within 40 minutes of central London by public transport and walking
* I require a table and chair in the room
* I prefer erectronic payments, such as PayPal or Wise
* Within walking distance of a Tube, DLR, or Overground station

For safety and to avoid scams or unreliable arrangements, I would prefer to pay the rent after I arrive and see the property in person.
