Description
Hey! I’ve recently graduated in Computer Science and I'm starting a new role as a software engineer in the trading industry. I'm looking to buddy up with another awsome person to find a great 2 bed flat or take a room in an existing 2-bed flatshare, for a September 2026 move in date.
Most of my Monday to Friday is focused on work and hitting the gym or training. I work in the office 5 days a week. On the weekends, I love being out and about, mostly exploring London, catching some sun when we have it, eating good food, and playing sports. I’m pretty active and love trying new things; right now, my main hobbies are bachata and starting to do some salsa, bouldering, hiking, volleyball and just general gym and running.
I'll be working right in the middle of Liverpool Street, so keeping the commute easy is a priority. I’m looking for somewhere that is ideally a 20-30 minute walk or a 20-minute cycle/tube ride at most (areas like Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Aldgate, Clerkenwell, or Bethnal Green, St pauls). I am open to other suggestions as well but i would prioritise a minimized commute in a nice area. My budget is 1600 for the price of the property (not the bills or council tax) but would be happy if we can find something lower.
My ideal flatmate is someone that i can genuinely consider a friend, and not just someone i pass in the hallway. I'd love to live with someone who reads this post and sees my photos and thinks we would be a good fit, someone active, sociable and enjoys doing things
I keep communal spaces very clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone who does the same. I'm very respectful of shared space, but I also want a home that feels warm and sociable. I'd love a flatmate who is down to host friends for dinner occasionally or have people around every once in a while, as thats something I would definately like to do myself :)
