Professional + Pets

Hi! I am looking for a flat / share for move in in january 2027 OR before if within budget.
I am hoping to stay somewhere minimum 6 months - 1 year.

i work full time as a Veterinary Care Assistant in Bristol city centre so anywhere with bus / train links will be good

i am quiet, clean and a respectable tenant and i have previously rented 2 apartments in bath for a year each which i should be able to give references for if needed!

I can be quite shy and reserved, especially when first meeting people. I prefer being in my own space and being alone so i wouldn’t be in communal areas often but I’m happy to socialise, do nature walks, cook meals , do creative activities etc✨i enjoy going to gigs and will always have one booked!

Pets must be allowed please, garden is optional as the cats have been both indoor and outdoor with no issue but will need at least one litter tray which i am happy to keep in my room / bathroom

about the pets:
They are 8 and 9yrs old both female & neutered. 8yr old is called Luna, she is super lovely and loves attention. Willow is the 9yr old and is very shy but also is very loving once she has warmed up to strangers, she can be a bit grumpy if she is bothered too much and cannot be around dogs as she has a chronic medical condition which is worsened by stress (can give more details if needed).

I also have 2 small snakes! they are both in separate vivariums. Dracula (black) is a mexican black king snake and is 5yrs old. Alucard (white) is a young corn snake and is roughly 2 years old. They are friendly and have secure tanks. I’m happy to let you handle them occasionally if i’m home or keep them away if they aren’t your thing! :)

I have a long term partner called Jake, i only see him on weekends as he lives in stroud. He will most likely be over on weekends if possible or i’d be going to stay with him in stroud. (if flat mate / landlord is uncomfortable with him staying i can go to stroud!) i’m happy to hire a pet sitter to pop in and feed the cats on weekends if flat mates aren’t able to / aren’t comfortable :)
